Frequently Asked Questions
Scheduled Transfers allows you to automatically send money to another person on a regular basis, such as weekly or monthly. Once the transfer is set up, the amount will be sent automatically according to the selected schedule.
Any registered induvial user with a verified bank account can use this service, provided the beneficiary details are valid and within the allowed limits.
To set up a Scheduled transfer:
- Navigate to the service icon.
- Select to create a new scheduled payment.
- Input the beneficiary and set the sending account.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Enter schedule transfer label.
- Choose the transfer date, time, and frequency.
- Select the. You’ll receive a notification on the transfer date to review and manually confirm the payment before it’s sent.
- Review the details and confirm.
- Once confirmed, the scheduled transfer will be active.
Before confirming, you will be able to review:
- Beneficiary details
- Transfer amount
- Transaction type
- Schedule Transfer Label
- Scheduled Transfer Date
- Next Transfer Date
- Transfer frequency
Please review these details carefully before confirming.
Yes, if you wish to change the amount, you can only edit upcoming transfers.
To edit the amount:
- Go to Scheduled Transfers
- Select Schedules
- Select the scheduled transfer
- Edit the amount as required
You can either save the change for one series only, or check the box to apply it to all future transfers.
You can manage or cancel your scheduled transfers at any time by following these steps:
- Go to Scheduled Transfers
- Select Schedules
- Select the scheduled transfer
- Choose Cancel Schedule
Any cancellation will apply only to future transfers. Transfers that have already been completed cannot be reversed.
Yes, you will receive notifications:
- After each successful or failed transfer
- For pending transactions (overdue amount for auto transfer)
- When the scheduled transfer is fully completed
- If you set a reminder
If there are not enough funds in your account at the time of transfer:
- The transfer will not be completed
- You will be notified
- You may navigate to the pending transaction and proceed with the payment manually
Yes. All Scheduled transfers are securely processed and require your approval before activation. Your bank and personal information are protected at all times
No. Personal transfers are final once completed.
If you believe a transfer was made in error or requires follow‑up:
- Please contact the beneficiary directly to request a refund, or
- Contact your sending bank for further assistance
The application does not offer a dispute or refund service for personal transfers.
Any applicable fees (VAT Inclusive) will be clearly shown before you confirm the Scheduled transfer.
If the beneficiary’s details are incorrect or no longer valid:
- The transfer will fail
- You will be notified
Please ensure beneficiary details are correct before setting up a Scheduled Transfer.
All active Scheduled transfers will be cancelled automatically, and no further transfers will be processed.
- The sender is responsible for setting up and reviewing the transfer details
- The beneficiary is responsible for returning funds if a transfer is made in error
- The sending bank handles bank-related inquiries
The Scheduled Transfer during the Maintenance, will go to reminder.
The maximum number of scheduled transfers allowed is outlined in the table below:

You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) when you initiate a manual transfer that exceeds 500 BD. The OTP will be sent to you at the time you send the transfer, providing an additional layer of security for transactions above this threshold.
- If the user changes their mobile number, the scheduled payment will be cancelled as the profile is changed
- If the user changes their mobile device, all previously scheduled transfers will be cancelled
